 Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out the form with your preferred dates and room type
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with availability and pricing
3. Once confirmed, you’ll receive payment details
4. After payment, we’ll send a final confirmation with all info you need to prepare for your retreat
We also offer a flexible payment option — you can secure your spot with just €300 and pay the rest 14 days before the retreat begins.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s a quick overview:
 • Deposits (€300) are non-refundable
 • If you cancel well in advance, partial refunds may be available (depending on when and why)
 • You’re always welcome to gift or transfer your spot to a friend
