Reservation & Cancellation

Reservation Policy

​

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit of €300 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation.

  • An email with all booking details will be sent once the deposit has been received.

  • The balance is due no later than 7 days before the start of the retreat.

  • If a reservation is made less than 7 days before the retreat, the full amount must be paid within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit: The €300 deposit is non-refundable, as it covers organisational and administrative costs already incurred. However, if a replacement guest can be found for your place, your deposit will be refunded minus €50 administration costs plus any bank/agency fees.

  • Balance payments:

    • Cancellation 60+ days before retreat start → 100% of balance refunded (deposit non-refundable).

    • Cancellation 59 days or fewer before retreat start → no refund of the balance unless a replacement guest can be found, in which case your balance will be refunded in full (deposit terms still apply).

 

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or unforeseen events.
