In this class, we focus on glute strength and stability — the foundation of powerful, balanced movement and grounded energy.
Glutes are more than just a muscle group — they influence posture, gait, pelvic alignment, and even how steady we feel in ourselves. Especially after 40, when hormonal shifts and muscle loss can make us feel “off,” rebuilding lower body strength becomes essential.
This class blends standing and floor-based exercises using the Pilates ball and resistance band. It’s designed to wake up deep stabilisers, support your nervous system, and leave you feeling rooted, supported, and strong — without chaos or fluff.
Whether you're new or returning, this is a chance to reconnect with your body, intelligently.
Props Used:
– Yoga mat
– Pilates ball (20 cm)
– Light to medium resistance band
– Optional: light weights (1–1.5 kg) or medium weights (2–3 kg)
