Progressive Overload: Smarter, Stronger Training

In this class we explore progressive overload — a cornerstone of strength training for women 40+. Using slightly heavier weights (if available) and mindful movement, we train not just harder but smarter. Progressive overload can mean lifting more, but it also means slowing down, focusing on form, and moving with greater efficiency. This class blends strength, precision, and awareness to build muscle, protect bone density, and enhance energy for the long term.​
