Strength in Stillness: Hips, Heart & Hormonal Flow

This Soul Sculpt session wove together standing postures, side bends, and functional movement patterns to lengthen, strengthen, and ground. With a focus on hip mobility, end-range strength, and cardiovascular endurance, we challenged balance and stability while staying deeply connected to breath and form. The class built intensity with mindful precision, then softened into stillness—supporting nervous system regulation and hormonal resilience through movement and presence.

  • Light weights (up to 1.5 kg)

  • Pilates ball 20cm diameter

  • Yoga mat
