Updated COVID-19 policy

RESERVATION:

Deposit   50%

Balance due 7 days before the start of the retreat.

If the reservation is made 7 days before the start of the retreat, the total value is payable within  2 days/ 48hours.

CANCELLATION:

Full refund is given if someone else is found for your space,

Cancellation possible due to COVID-19 issues* up to 7 days before the start of the retreat. In case a cancellation is needed a rescheduling of the retreat will be given (free of charge). This rescheduling can take place until 2023.

(* COVID-19 issues: your country went in lockdown; your country has cancelled all flights to and from Portugal; your country demands a 10 day or more quarantine on arrival back from Portugal.)

If  Yogaion needs to cancel the retreat due to COVID-19 issues, which would be because Portugal or the region we are in has locked down or there are less than 6 students due to COVID-19 cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the retreat. In this case, rescheduling will be given (free of charge). This rescheduling can take place until 2023.

Reservation Policy

​Deposit is  50% of the total value to secure place, paid within 1 week after confirmation of reservation. An email with all the booking details will be sent after the deposit has been received.

​Cancellation Policy

We will only issue a refund for cancelled places if a replacement can be found. We will do our best to find someone else to fill up your space in which case your full deposit minus any costs will be refunded to you! But this is not always possible, so it is highly recommended to take a travel insurance

If there is someone else found for your place on the retreat then your full amount of deposit will be refunded minus any bank costs and/ or agency fees.

 

Insurance
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER FLIGHT CANCELLATION, DELAY AND CURTAILMENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

Our priority is to keep you as safe & happy as possible throughout your Yogaion Retreat. Unfortunately, we can’t always control everything and so it is a must to have travel insurance in place if you are going to join us on Yogaion Retreats. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance from the moment of your holiday booking. This will protect you in the unfortunate case of something arising before you travel to your Yoga Retreat to ensure that you are covered for any lost costs and flights. If travelling for a Yogaion Yoga Retreat, please also ensure that your insurance covers sports during your retreat. You should also check with your doctor that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other physical activity we have arranged or you may arrange during your holiday. Please check with your own doctor that you are adequately fit. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity organised for you, then you must stop immediately and advise your Yogaion Team accordingly.

The organizer of Yogaion holds the full right to cancel a retreat, not in relation to COVID-19, in which case deposits will be sent back.
