About this Wellness Yoga Retreat

Escape to the tranquillity of the southwest coast of Portugal, amidst a natural park.  Where we will nurture our bodies through movement, nurturing practices & meditation. To Pause. An Exploration of what is longing to be healed. Reconnect back to yourself amidst the restorative powers of nature in this embodied transformative journey. It will be a week of connecting, embodiment & laughter.  Connection to our inner & outer nature.

  • 7.30 wake up to the sound of nature 

  • 8.00 Morning Yoga Class

  • 14.00 lunch

  • 15.00-18.00 free time to chill by the  swimming pool, go to the beach or just relax.

  • 18.00 restorative yoga class

  • 19.30 delicious dinner
