About Shaini
The story behind my mission to support women 40+ through movement, strength, and soulful retreats.

A way home to yourself
I believe movement is more than exercise — it’s a way home to yourself.
My work meets women where they are, especially through the shifting seasons of perimenopause and beyond, and guides them to rebuild strength with awareness and care.

I live in the wild north of Spain with my husband and daughter. Surfing, hiking, and time in nature keep me grounded, creative, and connected.
After becoming a mother at 41 and navigating the complex landscape of hormonal health for many years, I felt an urgent need to reclaim my body’s narrative.SoulSculpt is for women like me—those ready to stand up for their health, honour their lived experiences, and reconnect with their innate wisdom. With over 20 years of intensive yoga practice behind me, I reached a point where I needed more—especially during the shifting seasons of pre- and postnatal life, perimenopause, and ageing. I returned to my fitness roots, long before yoga had entered my life, and began reintegrating strength training, Pilates, mobility, and functional core work into my routine. The results were profound. Yoga alone could no longer meet all of my body’s needs—but this integration sparked something new. What if the mental and physical synchronicity of yoga and meditation could be fused with the low-impact, powerful benefits of resistance training and Pilates? What if we could blend these with the intuitive, flowing strength I had cultivated through two decades of surfing? That was the seed of SoulSculpt — a somatic, mind-body strength training method created to empower women, especially those navigating hormonal changes and reclaiming their strength. Each class is an invitation to take an active role in your own healing. You’ll be guided to observe, explore, and move with intention—strengthening your muscles, your awareness, and your sense of self. This is your body, your story.
