Why I Created SoulSculpt

As a movement teacher, I’ve seen the gaps in the wellness world—especially for women in during hormonal fluctuations. We’re told to either “slow down and stretch” or “push harder and lift heavy.” But what if you want something in between? Something that supports your hormones, your energy, your nervous system, and your strength?

I created SoulSculpt for women like me—and like many of my students—who want to move with purpose, train smart, and feel at home in their bodies again. This is where somatics meets strength, where we work with the body, not against it.

It’s part strength training, part Pilates, part somatic flow. You might step into a class that feels like SoulSculpted Yoga. Or one that feels like SoulSculpted Pilates. Sometimes it’s a pure strength flow. But always, it’s layered, intelligent, and rooted in presence.

How long are the classes?

Every class is 45 minutes. Long enough to challenge you, short enough to fit into a busy woman’s day. Whether it feels like a SoulSculpted Yoga session or a Strength Flow, it’s always time well spent.


What equipment do I need?

All you need to begin is a yoga mat. Optional extras include light dumbbells, a resistance band, and a small Pilates ball. You can also start with no equipment at all and still feel the benefits.


Is this good for perimenopause or postmenopause?
